Megabank

Envision can be used to model anything. It is useful to start with something – a template with some of the structures that are common to a particular activity.

e-BV have built a model template of a large bank with global trading operations. In association with The Facilitators Ltd, we have called this entity Megabank. It has trading activities in New York, London & Tokyo, and has back offices at each location.
The purpose of the megabank template are twofold:

  1. §  To ensure that the e-BV team are very productive in each assignment and can deliver results – fast!
  2. §  To investigate new operational methods, run simulations, and get high quality information on the impact of change.
Megabank can be deployed to investigate areas vulnerable to all forms of Operational Risk in your organisation, it can quantify that risk, and form the basis for change to mitigate those risks.
